With over 40 years of combined experience, our founders, Linda O’Connell and Elaine Oughton, bring deep expertise in accounting, finance, and business consultancy.
In 2024 Linda O’Connell and her business partner, Elaine Oughton merged their businesses to form OOC Associates.
Together, they lead a team dedicated to helping business owners stay on top of their finances, navigate regulatory requirements with confidence, and plan effectively for the future.
Linda has a degree in Economics and Computer Science from UCC and is an ACCA qualified accountant. Linda has more than 20 years experience working in accounting & finance.
She has extensive experience working in the finance sectors of large scale multinationals within the areas of Treasury, Fixed Assets & Statutory Accounting. In 2018, she set up as an accounting consultant offering Irish owned SME’s accounting assistance in the day to day running of the business as well as budgetary and cashflow management.
In 2024 she and her business partner, Elaine Oughton merged their businesses to form OOC Associates.
Elaine has a degree in Accounting & Finance and a Masters in Accounting from DCU.
Elaine is an ACA qualified accountant and completed her training with KPMG in 2003.Elaine has extensive accounting & auditing experience in multiple industries ranging from Public Service, Insurance and Manufacturing.
Elaine set up and ran a successful bookkeeping business in 2020 and merged her business with Linda O’Connell in 2024 to form OOC Associates.
